Heute kam also die Bestätigung, dass meine Gesellschaftsgündung tatsächlich vollzogen ist. Die "Entheovision Veranstaltungs Ltd." kann also ab sofort Geschäfte unter ihrem Namen abschließen. Natürlich werde ich damit noch warten bis ich die übersetzten und beglaubigten Schriftstücke über die Gesellschaftsgründung in der Hand habe und ein Eintrag im Handelsregister stattfand.

Hier der korrekte Aufruf von mail."mail("email@domain.com", "Test PHP Mail", "Mail From PHP", "From: myemail@domain.com", "-fmyemail@domain.com");"
Warum das nötig ist? PHP setzt sonst Standardwerte, wie sie in der php.ini zu finden sind und dann wird es in der Mehrzahl aller Faelle nicht so einfach, auf eine solche Mail zu antworten. Ausserdem lassen manche Provider Mails ohne korrekt gesetzte Absenderadressen gar nicht erst duch den MTA bearbeiten.

Wenn man sich an 6Mbit/s gewöhnt hat, dann kommt schnell die Idee mit 16Mbit/s auf. Hansenet bietet das an und nennt es Alice DSL6000 mit der Option "Deluxe" (die man bis zum Ende diesen Jahres auch nicht bezahlen muss). Also bestellte ich mir dieses und bekam auch sofort ein neues Endgerät zugeschickt: ein ADSL2+ - Gerät ohne Bedienungsanleitung mit einem kleinen Zettel und einer CD dabei. Meine normale Flatrate hatte ich ja mit einer AVM Fritz!-Box und beigefügter Anleitung zum Routerbetrieb versüßt bekommen. Der besagte Zettel sprach ausschließlich von der Nutzung als Bridge (gemeinhin als Modem bezeichnet). Auf der CD war eine Menge Marketinggesülze und die unvermeidliche Einwahlsoftware. Auf der Rückseite des Gerätes klebte ein Typenschild "Siemens C2-010-i ADSL2+-Router" und das Beilegeblatt zur EMV-Konformität sagte ebenso ausschließlich was zu Routern.Weitergehende Recherchen im Netz ergaben dann, dass es wirklich einfach ist, dem Teil die großenteils sehr schicken Routereigenschaften zurückzugeben.

Man glaubt ja, dass Banken so Betriebe sind, denen selten Fehler unterlaufen. Am seltensten unterlaufen denen Fehler, wenn es um die Bespitzelung der eigenen Kundschaft geht. Die SCHUFA ist da ein probates Mittel: ohne eine entsprechende Erklärung, dass man zugunsten dieses privatwirtschaftlichen Unternehmens (Genossenschaft) auf seine Bürgerrechte des Datenschutzes und des Bankgeheimnisses verzichtet, bekommt man auch kein Konto mehr in Deutschland.Es scheint so, als würden Commerzbank und Amex da eine Ausnahme machen - zumindest was die Übernahme von Konten betrifft.

Heute hörte ich per Nachrichten, dass man sich bei der EU noch ein paar Verwaltungs-SNAFUs einfallen lassen möchte.Konkret geht es um einen Entwurf der Gesundheitskommission der EU, die es gerne sähe, wenn Alkohol deutlich stärker besteuert und zudem EU-weit nur noch in staatlichen Abgabestellen zu haben wäre.

Seit einigen Jahren bin ich unzufriedener Kunde der American Express Bank, der einfach aus Kostengründen nicht von den Leute weg geht - als ich das letzte mal wegen Kontenauflösung vorsprach erzählte man was von Bearbeitungsgebühr.Dieses Problem hat sich nun von allein gelöst, da diese Zahlungsmittelausgabestelle mit Bankambitionen scheinbar selbst erkannt hat, dass zu einer Bank mehr gehört als Kontoführung.

Andererseits meldet sich dieser Tage Microsoft in Gestalt von MSN und nimmt mal schnell teil an einem Projekt, von dessen Grundlagen man letzthin noch als Krebsgeschwür redete.

Heise berichtete heute von einem netten Spielchen, was sich die VerbraucherzentraleNordrhein-Westfalen hat einfallen lassen. Man testet Privatauktionen auf eBay darauf, ob der vom Verkäufer gewünschte Haftungsausschluss auch wirklich erreicht wurde. Ist natürlich nicht der Fall, da die Verkäufer schlicht nicht die richtige Zauberformel aufsagten.

Wie in der Meldung zur Eintichtung von SPAM-Filtern angekündigt, habe ich nun also die zweite Stufe eines solchen Filters gezündet. Wenn man sich heutzutage ein teures Gerät kauft (wie für die Praxis meiner Mutter geschehen), so sollte man zumindest bei Firmen mit guten Namen davon ausgehen können, dass sich die Ingenieure genügend viele Gedanken machten bei der Konstruktion des Gerätes.Leider ist dem nicht so. Erleben durfte ich das an einem Multifunktionsgerät der Firma OKI (C5540 MFP) mit einem Preis jenseits der Neidgrenze. Im Falle dieses Gerätes ging die Problematik noch ein wenig weiter als nur bis zu mechanischen Verschlussmechanismen aufklappbarer Teile aus Plastelaschen (Verschluss wird durch Deformation beim öffnen und schließen erreicht).

Nachdem mich nun also seit ca. 3 Monaten massive SPAM-Attakken auf das EntheoWiki nerven, die dieses an den Rand der Unbenutzbarkeit brachten, habe ich gegengesteuert.Es ist nun dank Daniel Kinzler nicht mehr möglich, mehr als 5 Links pro Edit zu verfassen. Falls der SPAM nun mit weniger als 5 Links und entsprechend vielen Edits stattfindet, wird dort ebenfalls eingegriffen - und zwar zeitgesteuert.

Warum das nötig ist? PHP setzt sonst Standardwerte, wie sie in der php.ini zu finden sind und dann wird es in der Mehrzahl aller Faelle nicht so einfach, auf eine solche Mail zu antworten. Ausserdem lassen manche Provider Mails ohne korrekt gesetzte Absenderadressen gar nicht erst duch den MTA bearbeiten.

Wenn man sich an 6Mbit/s gewöhnt hat, dann kommt schnell die Idee mit 16Mbit/s auf. Hansenet bietet das an und nennt es Alice DSL6000 mit der Option "Deluxe" (die man bis zum Ende diesen Jahres auch nicht bezahlen muss). Also bestellte ich mir dieses und bekam auch sofort ein neues Endgerät zugeschickt: ein ADSL2+ - Gerät ohne Bedienungsanleitung mit einem kleinen Zettel und einer CD dabei. Meine normale Flatrate hatte ich ja mit einer AVM Fritz!-Box und beigefügter Anleitung zum Routerbetrieb versüßt bekommen. Der besagte Zettel sprach ausschließlich von der Nutzung als Bridge (gemeinhin als Modem bezeichnet). Auf der CD war eine Menge Marketinggesülze und die unvermeidliche Einwahlsoftware. Auf der Rückseite des Gerätes klebte ein Typenschild "Siemens C2-010-i ADSL2+-Router" und das Beilegeblatt zur EMV-Konformität sagte ebenso ausschließlich was zu Routern.Weitergehende Recherchen im Netz ergaben dann, dass es wirklich einfach ist, dem Teil die großenteils sehr schicken Routereigenschaften zurückzugeben.

Man glaubt ja, dass Banken so Betriebe sind, denen selten Fehler unterlaufen. Am seltensten unterlaufen denen Fehler, wenn es um die Bespitzelung der eigenen Kundschaft geht. Die SCHUFA ist da ein probates Mittel: ohne eine entsprechende Erklärung, dass man zugunsten dieses privatwirtschaftlichen Unternehmens (Genossenschaft) auf seine Bürgerrechte des Datenschutzes und des Bankgeheimnisses verzichtet, bekommt man auch kein Konto mehr in Deutschland.Es scheint so, als würden Commerzbank und Amex da eine Ausnahme machen - zumindest was die Übernahme von Konten betrifft.

Heute hörte ich per Nachrichten, dass man sich bei der EU noch ein paar Verwaltungs-SNAFUs einfallen lassen möchte.Konkret geht es um einen Entwurf der Gesundheitskommission der EU, die es gerne sähe, wenn Alkohol deutlich stärker besteuert und zudem EU-weit nur noch in staatlichen Abgabestellen zu haben wäre.

Seit einigen Jahren bin ich unzufriedener Kunde der American Express Bank, der einfach aus Kostengründen nicht von den Leute weg geht - als ich das letzte mal wegen Kontenauflösung vorsprach erzählte man was von Bearbeitungsgebühr.Dieses Problem hat sich nun von allein gelöst, da diese Zahlungsmittelausgabestelle mit Bankambitionen scheinbar selbst erkannt hat, dass zu einer Bank mehr gehört als Kontoführung.

Man testet Privatauktionen auf eBay darauf, ob der vom Verkäufer gewünschte Haftungsausschluss auch wirklich erreicht wurde. Ist natürlich nicht der Fall, da die Verkäufer schlicht nicht die richtige Zauberformel aufsagten.

Wenn man sich heutzutage ein teures Gerät kauft (wie für die Praxis meiner Mutter geschehen), so sollte man zumindest bei Firmen mit guten Namen davon ausgehen können, dass sich die Ingenieure genügend viele Gedanken machten bei der Konstruktion des Gerätes.Leider ist dem nicht so. Erleben durfte ich das an einem Multifunktionsgerät der Firma OKI (C5540 MFP) mit einem Preis jenseits der Neidgrenze. Im Falle dieses Gerätes ging die Problematik noch ein wenig weiter als nur bis zu mechanischen Verschlussmechanismen aufklappbarer Teile aus Plastelaschen (Verschluss wird durch Deformation beim öffnen und schließen erreicht).

Nachdem mich nun also seit ca. 3 Monaten massive SPAM-Attakken auf das EntheoWiki nerven, die dieses an den Rand der Unbenutzbarkeit brachten, habe ich gegengesteuert.Es ist nun dank Daniel Kinzler nicht mehr möglich, mehr als 5 Links pro Edit zu verfassen. Falls der SPAM nun mit weniger als 5 Links und entsprechend vielen Edits stattfindet, wird dort ebenfalls eingegriffen - und zwar zeitgesteuert.
