Wortspielchen und eBay
Heise berichtete heute von einem netten Spielchen, was sich die VerbraucherzentraleNordrhein-Westfalen hat einfallen lassen. Man testet Privatauktionen auf eBay darauf, ob der vom Verkäufer gewünschte Haftungsausschluss auch wirklich erreicht wurde. Ist natürlich nicht der Fall, da die Verkäufer schlicht nicht die richtige Zauberformel aufsagten.
Die Formel muss nämlich exakt so lauten: "Unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewährleistung". Die muss man dann noch richtig betonen, damit sie auch wirkt ... naja, reicht eigentlich hinschreiben. Natürlich findet man bei eBay selbst solche Hinweise nicht.
Um also mal rauszubekommen ob denn die emsigen Kellerräumer auch alle wissen, was sie da machen, hat die Verbraucherzentrale mal 300 Verkäufer mit weniger als 100 verkauften Artikeln beguckt und festgestellt, dass diese zwar immer eine Haftung ausschließen wollten, dieses aber nur zu 50% geschafft haben und nunmehr also für 2 Jahre eine Garantie auf die Sachen gegeben haben, die sie da aus dem Keller gezogen haben.
Sollte man mal drüber nachdenken :-)
