Entheovision - Essen für den Kongress ist klar
Nachdem der Koch meinte, dass er dann doch nicht kann (muss in Hamburg ein Filmteam bekochen), war eine andere Lösung nötig. Diese sollte besser sein als die letzten Jahre - und das ist uns mutmaßlich gelungen. Es gibt nun zwei verschiedene Gerichte zur Auswahl.Dieses Mal kommt also das Essen von "Suppen Cult", einer wirklich angenehmen Suppenküche im Prenzelberg. Man wird tatsächlich satt von einer Portion und es schmeckt auch noch richtig gut. Es gibt etwas für die Fleischesser und für die Vegetarier. Der Menüplan sieht also dieses Mal folgendermaßen aus:
Sonnabend 27.05.:
* Chilli Con Carne mit Creme Fraiche und Petersilie
* Kartoffelcremesuppe mit Sahne und Petersilie
Sonntag 28.05.:
* Provenzialischer Hackfleischeintopf mit Zucchini, Sahne und Petersilie
* Tomaten-Paprika Cremesuppe mit Spätzle, Sahne und Petersilie
Dazu wird Brot gereicht (Baguette in verschiedenen Sorten mit und ohne Vollkornzutaten).
Der Einfachheit halber wird das alles in Einweggeschirr geboten, was dann zum Recycling gehen kann.
Der Preis steht ja schon eine Weile fest: 4,- Eur im Vorverkauf und vor Ort sind 5,- zu bezahlen.
