Kampf der Regierungen gegen freie Informationen
Merkwürdige Dinge geschehen: In UK werden Festplatten eines Indymedia-Servers beschlagnahmt, ohne dass irgend eine Information über beteiligte Behörden oder gar ein Beschlagnahmebefehl oder sonst irgend eine Anschuldigung vorgewiesen wird.Kurz darauf sind die Platten wieder da - immer noch ohne Begründung:
""Die Tatsache, dass diese behördlichen Aktionen sehr verschleiert sind lässt Indymedia in der kafkaesken Position, dass es die Identität seines Widersachers oder dessen Forderung nicht kennt," sagt David Dadge Redakteur des Internationalen Presseinstituts."

Und dann wird in Holland ein alternatives Internet-Caffee geräumt. Unter den Projekten des Trägervereins findes sich auch das Wörtchen Indymedia ...
... und wieder mal ist irgendwie nicht bekannt, warum das nun alles eigentlich stattfindet.

Insgesamt scheinen die Bürgerrechte weltweit so dermaßen gut unterminiert zu sein, dass es mittlerweile sehr gut möglich ist, "Der Prozess" von Kafka nachzuspielen ohne auch nur das geringste Erstaunen seitens der "öffentlichen Meinung" zu erhalten.
Insgesamt eine eher beunruhigende Sache ... wo wir doch selbst als Hoster (http://askja.de/) tätig sind.
